This is an amazing company! I see how much both Kimberly and Mahogany care about their clients and caregivers. Those who run the office really make or break the experience and in this type of work you really need professional and compassionate people! Good job Serengeti Care!
I have heard great things about Serengeti care and I have a couple of friends who work out of the Tacoma office with Kimberly and they are very pleased with the company!
It was a great experience well explained and to my satisfaction Especially dealing with Kimberly who have a good teamwork with Mahogany. Very articulate and understanding.
It took a few tries, but Kim called me excitedly about an aide she thought would be great for me. Caroline has been wonderful. Made many revisions to my apt so there's more open space. The times I have had to go to ER, Kim called the day I was released to follow through how I was doing & did I need any help as it was Caroline's day off. Even before I met Caroline, Mahogany would come over to remove the trash bags I set outside my door. I appreciate that all three ladies are understanding when I have to remain in bed.
