Update 8/2/2025 - I would seriously like to retract my review of a year and a half ago. Man, was I a sucker. Danniell is NOT to be trusted. Under any circumstances. She's no longer the manager here, but if she tells you *anything*, do not believe her. She sold me my modular here, got her commission, and basically took the money and ran. I have lived here for over 27 years, the clubhouse was closed for remodeling in November= with these new owners. Still today we can not enjoy the clubhouse like we used to get together such as luncheons games nothing is allowed now Get this, on the hottest day of the year they close the entire pool area ion. Their rent raises are over $350.00 in one year. Ask a lot of questions, before you move in.My Rent raises the second year was 95.00 for that year.
