My wife purchased a $100 gift card after speaking directly with Tess (the owner). Shortly afterward, all communication ceased—no responses via text, phone, or email. It appears the business either had already closed or shut down within a week or so of the purchase. Very disappointing experience.
Don’t prepay with this business/Tess. She didn’t show up for my appointment, didn’t call me to explain and refused to refund my money.
I had a negative experience with this business. I was lied to and manipulated as her worker/renter. I paid for a “service” that was not delivered as promised, and when I reached out to the owner multiple times for resolution, she did not even have the decency to respond even though this was my livelihood. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. This owner took advantage of me and others and I hope the owner addresses these concerns in the future and makes things right.
