I have been going to this place for almost 2 years. On my last visit for my colour, instead of coming out Auburn it come out a Chocolate colour. I was shocked. After spending quite a lot of money for this service and owner admitted she didn’t adjust the mix with enough red she wanted to charge me again to correct her problem.
