Have been waiting on test results for over a week now (The doctor told me it would only take 48 to 72 hours) and when you call, not only will they not answer but it won’t even let you leave a voicemail because the mailbox is so full. This is the most unprofessional practice I’ve ever had to experience.

Taylor was great, very nice but the office staff is horrible, very passive aggressive, rude, and talking bad about patients in ear shot. The receptionist would just stare at me like I’m stupid before answering and had a stink face the whole conversation, not very welcoming or supportive. Was almost in tears once I got into a rom. Will not be returning.

Their staff have been so professional and polite. I used their tattoo removal service for my grandson. He unwisely had tattoos on his face. Not anymore. It took 3 treatments—somewhat painful but short-lived. The scarring is so minute. I’m very impressed with the esthetician, Angie. She not only was professional, but gave my grandson wise counsel concerning tattoos—why to avoid them. I would highly recommend her services. You won’t be disappointed.

No one answers the phone or responds to the pharmacist or the patient portal. Can’t get refills and this happens every year when they need to be renewed. It’s been 4 weeks of no response. Can’t recommend.

Horrible! I made an apt over the phone with a real person for 10/14/25 9am at O’Fallon location and then office confirmed via text O’Fallon location. I arrived and they said it was scheduled at a different location not close to there. They just shrugged their shoulders like well, wasn’t our fault it’s our system. Didn’t even attempt to resolve it and seemed shocked i was mad. I drove an hour for nothing. I’ll never come back
