No one answers the phone or responds to the pharmacist or the patient portal. Can’t get refills and this happens every year when they need to be renewed. It’s been 4 weeks of no response. Can’t recommend.
Horrible! I made an apt over the phone with a real person for 10/14/25 9am at O’Fallon location and then office confirmed via text O’Fallon location. I arrived and they said it was scheduled at a different location not close to there. They just shrugged their shoulders like well, wasn’t our fault it’s our system. Didn’t even attempt to resolve it and seemed shocked i was mad. I drove an hour for nothing. I’ll never come back

I can’t say enough good things about this business. They are always friendly and accommodating and make me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
