Terrible attitude
Saw the promotion for 30 minutes massage and booked online for my wife. Got a call shortly after and said they were overbooked and ask to reschedule for a time slot 2 hours later. Called on the day of to confirm the time slot and got pushed for another 15 minutes. Half an hour later, they called and wanted to push it by another hour. We decided to cancel the appointment at that point since we moved around our schedule more than once to accomodate. Annie is professional and high skilled to release my calf, IT band, hamstring, quads and lower back after my ski trip. She pressed my super soreness points used by Trigger point techniques. I definitely should doing follow up for my neck and shoulder pain.
I have been experiencing chronic shoulder/ neck pain for months. I attended Serene Rehab for treatment, and Annie’s skillful work on my shoulder has brought significant relief, increasing range of motion and relieving chronic headaches due to neck pain. Annie is highly professional and respectful, as well as a wholesome and kind individual. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a professional and qualified RMT for treatment. I definitely recommend a visit!
Annie is very good at her job. I always get the 1 hr massage and she would work on the full body, including a scalp massage. She’s very nice and will work on problem areas if you specify with her too. The place is very clean and comfortable
