Charlie has been taking good care of our pool for several years. He always shows up and If I ever have an issue or questions, he's quick to respond to my texts.
Love the service, our pool always looks amazing and immaculate. Very professional. I have refered Serene pools to all of our neighbors and anyone who is looking for maintance on their pool and its equipment.
Charlie takes good care of our pool and always responds to my texts or concerns.
The service is consistent, Charlie is always responsive. Only problem is the payment, since we had multiple houses on service, so the accounting got confuse.
Serene has done a great job of maintaining our pool, pool motor, filters ETC for over 12 years. Charlie has always been responsive and helpful thru the years. We appreciate the relationship.
