Made an appointment for my teen and they cancelled it one hour prior claiming I did not send consent forms. I send them a screenshot with a time stamp of when it was emailed they still cleaned it wasn't received. Definitely won't be rescheduling. Perhaps they shouldn't book appointments for Friday evening if they don't want to work.

I attended three sessions with Meyna Kheng and was extremely disappointed. My therapy consisted of me pretty much venting, most of the time, rather all the time if I wasn’t talking it was utter silence. There was never any real therapy here, I talked and she just sat there or offered me a worksheet to complete like I was a five year old. Personally, It was just an uncomfortable setting, talking with someone that had no real response/feedback.
