Run around. Absolutely no organization/ communication. The front office is slow inefficient and they can’t even schedule an appointment. I have waited weeks for an appointment on the edge of suicide looking for help and these people could care less. They just put you through a bunch of hoops. They said they would see me the following week, when I sent my insurance card. I did the next day. Made an appointment for my teen and they cancelled it one hour prior claiming I did not send consent forms. I send them a screenshot with a time stamp of when it was emailed they still cleaned it wasn't received. Definitely won't be rescheduling. Perhaps they shouldn't book appointments for Friday evening if they don't want to work.
