I had a wonderful experience, I had a deep tissue massage and my therapist did great.
****DISCLAIMER: LONG POST**** I have been to this place solo and once with my mom and overall good experiences, hence why I decided to bring my husband today. Most times I made appointments and a couple without. Today I called at 10:05am and scheduled 2 appointments for 11:30am today. We arrived at 11:28am to be told we had to wait 20 minutes since they didn't have enough staff. That's agitating NOT Serene but we waited in hopes of getting a wonderful massage only to be brought to an open traffic area for foot massages? And ... read more
I've been twice and have not been disappointed. Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Great massage both times.
