I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and have mostly had great experiences. Unfortunately, my last visit completely changed that for me. I booked a 90-minute massage, and the original therapist was great. However, halfway through the session they switched therapists without any explanation, which significantly changed the experience. I brought the issue up with the owner, but he didn’t provide a reason for the switch. I was here a few weeks ago I asked for full body massage and at the end the therapist barely touched my toes.
Julie gave me a GREAT 2 hour Swedish massage and hot stones. Although not a native English speaker, she checked in often with me for pressure level and massage desires. Will definitely book with Julie again the next time I am in Aurora!
I had a great experience at Serene Massage. The space was clean, calm, and very professional. Luna did an excellent job. She listened to where I was feeling tension and adjusted the pressure perfectly. She was thorough, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling much better and noticeably less tense. I’d definitely recommend Serene Massage, especially Luna, and will be coming back.
