Serene Innovations has been on the leading edge of assistive technology. Their products have met a real need for people living with hearing loss.
Poor customer service. I purchased Model CA-CX Cell phone ringer/flasher in June and have several problems with it. I contacted the company via email on August 14 and again a week or so later at the email addresses on the website. To date I have not had a response from the company. I feel that my money was wasted on this product.
