I promise you that this place does not care about your loved ones. I myself, work for a skilled nursing facility as corporate. At this place; any time you express a concern to management and it just gets brushed under the rug. Everyone that works here and runs these buildings are clearly under qualified. Everytime i come in here i notice multiple residents with bruises. The place reaks of feces. Medication carts hanging wide open, another one left unlocked with keys on the cart. My mother is in memory care at Serene Gardens, and I'm quite satisfied. The place is pretty and always clean. It NEVER smells of urine or feces, and the residents are never treated unkindly. The executive director and wellness director obviously care a lot for the residents, and as for the aides, some of them are great, and some are not, but management has no problem firing bad employees who violate safety practices, call in at the last minute, or exhibit nasty attitudes.
