I was very impressed with the beautiful atmosphere and very clean facility. Then I spent time getting to know the staff who went out of there way to make certain each resident was cared for with great attention to their specific needs. The staff made certain the residents health and well being was their top priority.

This facility is a beautiful place to take your loved ones! The management here does an exceptional job to take care of your loved ones, and the staff here truly care about the wellbeing of the patients. Having worked here for a year by now, and through the pandemic, this facility is an exceptional place to have your family members come live at, and they are guaranteed to enjoy their stay here!

My mom was not bathed for 3 days, no change of clothibg. Had not been fed. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Money stolen out of her purse. She was scared of the staff. Do NOT recommend!!

Neglectful, disrespectful, and disgraceful. My mother’s time at this assisted living facility was nothing short of heartbreaking—and infuriating. The level of neglect she experienced was unacceptable: Her call button was repeatedly ignored. Her room was left messy and unsanitary. Meals were served cold—or not at all. Yes, they skipped meals. Stratford Place is exceptional! The management and staff are always kind and compassionate. They offer a clean and safe environment for loved ones and are attentive to the needs of each resident. Highly recommended!
