I had the worst customer experience today. Despite booking a couples massage three weeks in advance, the receptionist informed us after we reached the spa that they could not provide the service because their system made an error in the booking! This is outrageous and unacceptable, especially since I received a reminder message and call just the day before confirming the appointment! Napatorn is very good at combining table massage with traditional thai. %100 recommend her! Thai massage mixed with stretching and exercise. I feel like I never had whiplash! Thanks Napatorn!
Excellent experiences here for prenatal massage. I've been coming twice a week since around 29 weeks pregnant (now 35 weeks). I see both RMTs Yuni Lee and Tina Yeung. Yuni has a more relaxing style and Tina really works to get the tightness out of my shoulders but both are wonderful. I have noticed I've been having less pain and overall better sleep since coming for massages. Recommend.
