I went to Serene Dental for about a year, and it wasn't a great match. Scheduling was the easiest part - they were accommodating and flexible. I would describe the billing as sub par - there were multiple times when Serene Dental would say they hadn't received payment, and then i checked with insurance and they had cashed the checks, even providing the check numbers, and not accounted for it or reimbursed me. OMG!!! I have been going to The dentist since I was 17 years old. I will be 46 this year. I have been to dentists all around the world because I am prior Military. I have never received such excellent care before in my entire life! The knowledge of the doctor and the assistance were phenomenal. The doctor even went the extra mile and suggested things to keep me from grinding my teeth in my sleep. This is a top-tier a dentistry. Do not hesitate. Go ahead and book your appointment ASAP.
