They were super helpful during an emergency. I was in pain, and they accommodated in a short time (very short) on a weekend. The front desk person was very helpful when I ended up missing the emergency appointment. Got a reschedule and was pain free over the weekend.
The staff is always great with communicating and reminders. They also seem to know every patient by name which gives a feeling of a small and private practice.
I love the staff at Serene Dental. They always take such good care of my teeth and are very quick to see you as well. I’m so glad Serene Dental was recommended to me
