Most recent: Still continues to be a great place! Been coming year for quite a while now! Old Review: I initially came here because I chipped a tooth and they were able to accommodate me the next day and did a fantastic job. The doctor was terrific. Then later I had cleanings done and the hygienist that did my cleanings was an extremely skilled professional and they were the best dental cleaning experiences I’ve had. If you live in Fremont I highly recommend this dentistry.
i have been going to serene since i was a kid! i recently got my wisdom teeth removed and had lots of anxiety about it but they made the process as seamless and time efficient as possible.
Had multiple issues with long wait time for scheduled appointments. When set up with the Cherry payment plan, receptionist argued with me about “forgetting to take an additional payment” After explaining what the paperwork that she had me sign said they were not requiring initial payment she insisted I call the company to sort it out when she was the one who suggested this company to me. Thorough cleaning by the hygienist. You won’t feel rushed with the treatment/appointment. The doctors are very knowledgeable too. They gave me a very clear explanation of what’s going on in my mouth. The front and back staff are super welcoming/accommodating as well.
