The people in this company are either scammers or clueless employees, they ran away with my money leaving several homes partially built and I can't get in touch with any of them to resolve the issues and the ones I can get in touch with, cant do anything about it, despite acting like they were important shareholders in the company. The teams- Dirk Foo, Alan Lind, Joe Attrux, Nick Lind, etc, were quick to accept my money but when problems arose, I was not able to reach to anyone of them. Don't waste your time and money. They're sloppy builders and won't respond to warranty repair requests. On the rare occasion that they do respond, it's one excuse after another. My neighbors and I cannot get responses and the build sites are a ghost town. Buyer beware!!!! Run in the opposite direction of this company!!!!
