I had an overpriced treatment at CNY which left me bruised. I paid in full the day before my appointment and had to put a card on file. I have since sent multiple emails requesting they delete my credit card information and they just ignore me, no response at all. Not sure what she thinks she gains from this but it’s a gross way to do business and I feel like they’re exploiting the vulnerable.
My experience using Serene at CNY was fabulous! Tera was outstanding and made my whole transfer experience so much better. She was so kind and caring and really brought me positivity during a stressful time! Highly recommend Tera to anyone looking for acupuncture through IVF!

I went to see Dr. Sexauer for relief from my perimenopausal symptoms. I was struggling and suffering and nothing that I was doing was helping. She treated my cortisol levels as well as my liver qi stagnation and gut health. My quality of life has greatly improved from the treatments. I feel deeply cared for by Dr. Sexauer. I’ve recommended her to many family and friends.
