Its Yoga and so much more. I've attended Yoga classes here for over 5 years and with terrific teachers who care, I've healed a serious neck problem and become pain free. Theyre always mindful of our Yoga levels and physical limitations . I recommend their wonderful healing therapeutic massages and acupuncture.
This is the best yoga studio I've ever attended. It is truly a wonderful experience.
