Sessions both for individual trauma and marriage counseling have been so rewarding. I never once felt like I couldn't trust them or that I/we weren't valid in our experiences.
Coming to Alexander Fry for EMDR and therapy has changed my life & my view on mental health treatment in general. I have felt hopeless for a while getting treatment for my PTSD, but it has slowly but surely getting better with our regularly sessions.
