I highly recommend Sylvia, I have been coming to her on and off for over ten years to get botox now and again. She is medically trained so have I total faith for her to inject me. I have tried going to someone cheaper but I never get the same effect as they put less products in and need to go back 3 or 4 times and this isnt ideal when someone is injecting your face. I would not recommend using Sylvia as when I informed her that the areas she'd injected Botox were not freezing, she said it was due to my age - she informed me of this after injecting the one area 3 times over 3 visits within 3 months. After visiting another business and having the same areas injected, the areas froze within a couple of days. So, it was nothing to do with my age. Sylvia is absolutely lovely, she makes you explain in lots of detail what you want so she can make you as happy as possible and asks questions to clarify, she really is amazing and I couldn’t be happier, will never go to anyone else!!
None of the two areas (frown lines and crow's feet) froze after my initial appointment with Sylvia. At the two week review, she injected some more botox into the crow's feet - and still no change. I went to Sylvia again a few weeks later and informed her of my concerns; at this, she said that it was due to my age and then proceeded to put more botox into the crow's feet for a 3rd time. Sylvia is super nice and knowledgeable, being an experienced medical practitioner you feel totally at ease. Neither my mum nor I would go anyplace else for treatments as we've been coming here for years and are always blown away with our results.
