I've been seeing Allie since she opened her studio, and while I didn't think it was possible, she only gets better!! Coming from someone who suffers from chronic back pain, Allie has allowed me to gain relief over the years. If you're suffering from pain or just need a self care moment, Allie is your go to girl she will not disappoint.
My go to massage therapist! Incredible intuition when it comes to finding those problem areas and seems to always know exactly how much pressure to use when and where. Great communication although I rarely feel the need to speak up which allows me to focus on relaxing and letting go through the experience. She shows beautiful creativity with technique and always has some great advice for me to take home.
