Jennifer is one of the rudest "ladys" that I have ever met
Jen is such a comforting lady who makes you feel relaxed and tranquil. Shes so awesome!! She has ALOT of patience and walks you through everything shes doing. She answers your questions without a hitch! She is very knowledgeable at her job and very good at what she does! This is a great studio! Jen is very knowledgeable and loves to share that knowledge with her clients. She passionate about what she does and cares. While I haven’t received any services from the other ladies in the studio, they offer a little bit of everything! One-stop pamper shop. You won’t be disappointed!
I made an appointment on my birthday at 145pm, arrived at 130pm and I sat in the waiting room until 235pm after being told they were running 10 minutes late. And STILL have not been seen or spoken to. I was really looking forward to the treat. I am very disappointed.
Sara Mark is the best ever, this place is so relaxing and it's a great location! I travel to Pensacola ever 3 months and I never miss my visit with Sara!
Have always had a great experience at serendipity. Perfect place to take my young daughter, so she can feel special and spoiled too.
