Scarlett is the best!!
I went in to do my eyebrows with the lady who rents a booth here. Beautiful place, its just she overcharged me to thread my eyebrows. She wasn't professional and she left a dip in my eyebrows that wasn't there before. I wanted them thin, she left them thick and rough handled my face. Left hairs all over my face, just plain unprofessional. Than tried to rip me off because she didn't give me the right change. I had to correct her for it. Never going to her again.
