The most unprofessional day spa I’ve ever encountered! We called a number of times to advise our inability to attend, if they had of answered the phone or called us back, we would have of been within 24 hrs, however the Asian lady called us back one hour before our appointment! At this time, we were in the medical centre seeing the Doctor, crippled in agony with a severe medical emergency The Asian lady was fiercely abrupt and showed no compassion, concern or empathy, instead she argued this and still charged us full price! ... read more
