We are a new company to 700 Canal Street and Bob and Adelia are amazing. They were welcoming right away and nothing is too much trouble, always with a smile! The never empty coffee pot is a bonus and the area is clean and well stocked. I look forward to working with them.

It is a truly beautiful environment—fully equipped and highly functional for any professional requirement—it maintains an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere (with really nice design elements) that sets it apart from traditional offices. I should have done this a long time ago. I've gotten so much done since i've been here. I've never co-worked before. This is my first experience. A big surprise, something I wasn't expecting, mostly because I didn't think about it before-- is the people-- the people who run this place at Stamford, are soooo nice-- Bob, Carli, Adalia-- I mean soooo nice. totally accommodating, informative, whatever I need.
