This was a wonderful space with friendly staff and other co-workers! Everything is well run, easy to access, and safe. The building, views and surrounding neighborhood are beautiful as well!
I can't say enough good things about Serendipity Labs! I first started coming a few years ago, a week at a time, when I was visiting my in-laws and it was so easy to get started and provided a calm, productive escape from the chaos at home. Holy cannoli! I love this place!! I spoke at Serendipity Labs yesterday and was blown away. The space and views and absolutely beautiful. Best views of downtown Rochester I have ever seen. I did a talk there yesterday in a small group setting and the space was perfect. It lent itself to not only me talking, but incredible engagement and discussions with the attendees. I absolutely loved working out of Serendipity Labs! The space is always incredibly well-maintained. Huge shoutout to the staff, Marla and Courtney. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Serendipity Labs is a terrific collaborator. They make hosting events seamless and are excellent communicators, from the first email to day of execution. Looking forward to the next opportunity to work together!
