Serendipity labs is a wonderful space. Marla and team are SO responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who needs to book meeting room space in Rochester!
I have had an office at Serendipity labs since the beginning of June and I absolutely love it. The office space is great - as are the views from near the top of Innovation Square (the old Xerox tower). Marla, Courtney and the rest of the building staff are gracious hosts and make the office feel like home. There are even regular events where you can meet other co-workers. If you're looking for a welcome change of pace from WFH like I was, I highly recommend Serendipity Labs.
Went it for a day to take some calls while I was visiting Rochester. Lovely space, with a fully stocked kitchen. It was quiet and clean. Would def come here again when I'm in the area.
