We had a wonderful experience at Serendipity Labs over the past year as the Kansas City home base for our Spring11 team. The staff and location are great. However, I’ve been waiting for over 60 days for my refund check and have had zero response from the corporate office after multiple emails asking for updates. State law requires refund be submitted to tenant within 30 days or provide documentation of why it hasn’t. I’ve been provided neither. OP office manager stated, in writing, that I would get a full refund as no damage was found that required outside repairs too. No clue what’s going on as nobody can provide an answer. Our company, Embark Financial Partners, has been using the Serendipity Labs space in Overland Park for over 3 years plus and could not be happier. The offices are in a premium location that clients and guests love coming to for its easy access.
