Clean and comfortable work spaces, easy access from the highway, plenty of parking, on site cafeteria, and extremely friendly staff. I rent space here at least once a month.

We recently rented space at Serendipity Labs for a video shoot and Lauren, and her team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They took the time to understand the spaces we would need to accomplish the look that we were looking for and put together a plan that fit within the budget we had. I could not recommend them more.

I would give zero stars if I could. Lauren Stipp and Bree Garcia are part of the management team, and they have been extremely unprofessional. When I signed up for a virtual office address it was days before my father went into the hospital and was put on a ventilator. I honestly forget about signing up due to this family emergency and did not read the entire contract (small print). And we have never met in person.
