Serendipity Labs is a great coworking space with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The office is clean and comfortable, not to mention a good environment for staying productive. The highway location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at Serendipity Labs over the past year as the Kansas City home base for our Spring11 team. From day one, the space was thoughtfully designed, professional, and energizing. Exactly what our team needed to do their best work. The Serendipity Labs team was consistently warm, responsive, and a pleasure to work alongside. The staff and location are great. However, I’ve been waiting for over 60 days for my refund check and have had zero response from the corporate office after multiple emails asking for updates. State law requires refund be submitted to tenant within 30 days or provide documentation of why it hasn’t. I’ve been provided neither. OP office manager stated, in writing, that I would get a full refund as no damage was found that required outside repairs too. No clue what’s going on as nobody can provide an answer.
