I've been a member at Serendipity Labs at Seneca One for a year now, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my professional life. I reached out to serendipity to find quick meeting space within just a few days and they were so responsive and accommodating! Plus while we were onsite David was very helpful and we loved the space both on the 29th floor, as well as the location and the building itself. The room had all we needed (tv, camera, whiteboard, etc).

David and Emily are incredibly responsive and just seem to know exactly what you need before you need it. The room was perfect. AV hooked up without a glitch and the food was right on time. I was able to be totally focused on my event because they took care of everything.

We recently held a business event here on 6/17/25. I came all the way from San Diego and David Roche made the experience amazing. Not only did we have a great meeting space that fit all of our needs, but David was very accommodating with everything. I look forward to using this venue again in the future, thank you again David.
