Although they talk a good game about supporting small businesses, they nickel-and-dime you and change their policies to force up-charges on you just like Regus.
We just moved in a week ago. The staff has been extremely accommodating. Jennifer has been attentive to all of our questions/concerns, Rebecca, the GM has been very accommodating and made the move-in process painless. She is also very upfront. I was concerned about the prices because it is a tad bit more expensive than I was paying before, but when you factor in the beautiful location, service, and secure building, conference rooms, and hospitality, so far it seems to be worth it. I would highly recomend.
