Irena is my absolute favorite stylist to go to. I’ve been seeing her for the past 3yrs and she never disappoints. She is a pro at maintaining my platinum blonde hair and is willing to go with any ideas I throw out to her for my next hair colors . She’s very easy to get along with .

I've been going to Irena for over a year now. I picked her originally because I wanted an undercut and had been turned away from other studios. She advertises her studio as a safe space for everyone and 110% follows through on that promise. At Serendipity I've always had my ideas heard. I can walk in and say I want early 2000s emo hair and Irena is on it explaining the whole process and styling while also just keeping up great conversation.
