Such a warm and welcoming salon employing a staff who greet each guest by their name. Always pleasant and accommodating too, with fantastic results for your hair. A gem for sure!

I went into Serendipity after having binge-watched like 4 seasons of Friends and Riley gave me the 90s blown-out bob of my dreams! She was so friendly and knowledgeable; the salon was gorgeous and clean; and my haircut was affordable. I'll be back again and again!

This salon is beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and even had a welcoming sign upon my arrival. I was fortunate to secure an appointment with Leah within four days due to a cancellation. I required a layer correction haircut, and Leah executed it perfectly. I am certain it was a challenging task, and she dedicated her time to perfecting it. I have not visited a stylist in a long time, as I am quite particular, but I have already scheduled my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon.
