NEW CLIENTS RUN!! I reached out to Arleen on social media and specifically asked to book with her. I booked an available appointment on booksy & my time was changed without asking me. I arrived on time. She sends one of her helpers to greet me, but ignores me when I approached. At that moment I knew she was unprofessional. Very hill billie vibes. I was going on vacation and the 1st thing I did was make sure I set up my appt with Arlene @ Serendipity Salon in St.Cloud. She NEVER fails! I did toner and blowout with light flat iron. The toning process came out beautiful. The blend and color contrast was perfect. Arlene left my hair looking shiny, healthy and silky smooth. Thank you!! I highly recommend.
