I was going on vacation and the 1st thing I did was make sure I set up my appt with Arlene @ Serendipity Salon in St.Cloud. She NEVER fails! I did toner and blowout with light flat iron. The toning process came out beautiful. The blend and color contrast was perfect. Arlene left my hair looking shiny, healthy and silky smooth. Thank you!! I highly recommend.
