Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. Ever. But in this case I had to. I booked a wax session with Kalene and she was amazing! I’ve never had a better waxing experience! She was professional, quick and thorough. The rest of the staff were lovely as well (I was even given tea after my appointment) and the atmosphere was great! I highly recommend serendipity day spa and Kalene! <3
This place was beautiful, the staff were incredible. My facial was so lovely and my skin was glowing afterwards. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this day spa.

100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Went in today for my first ever massage and it was absolutely amazing. You feel very welcome when entering. The environment puts you in an immediate relaxing state of mind. I left feeling extremely refreshed and will absolutely be booking again. Thank you so much.
Highly recommend for laser hair removal. I’ve always struggled with thick dark hair and have had laser in the past with some reduction but never fully removed. I was on the fence to try again but decided to ask a local Facebook group for recommendations after 90% of the group recommended Serendipity I decided to try a consult with Monique.
