So disappointed. I understand that you're in the midst of a move, but don't charge spa prices if you can't deliver same. My feet needed TLC, and the next day, the skin was cracking and sore, nail polish already coming off. I don't mind paying for good service, but I take exception to paying premium for sub-standard service.
Always friendly and professional
I did not get the desired result for laser hair removal as I was promised. Monique is a nice lady but her daughter that runs the cafe is VERY MEAN AND RUDE… SO IMPOLITE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I recommend avoiding getting in contact with her!
I've been a loyal client at Serendipity Day Spa for over 5 years, and I cannot recommend it enough! Monique, is truly exceptional. Whether it's for laser hair removal or any of the other services she offers, she always provides top-notch, professional care. She's incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments, and her friendly, polite nature makes each visit a pleasure.
