First session with Mark today. Made a phone call to ask a few Q’s and I was blown away, gave him a run down of back, hip and leg issues and he could almost tell me what the problem was before seeing him! I loved the knowledge and information he gave throughout the session, I was expecting an intense massage with a lot of pain but was pleasantly surprised with his trigger releasing techniques. I had a great experience with Mark. He took the time to properly assess my situation and explained everything clearly. His treatment made a noticeable difference straight away, and I really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable he was throughout the session. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for genuine care and expertise.
Legend fixed my back that I was convinced was unfixable by so many other “specialists”. Was finally able to go back to work and play sports!! Cannot recommend enough.

Can’t recommend mark enough . Had neck and back pain for a couple weeks so I visited an osteo place somewhere else for a couple sessions but not much changed. 1 session with mark and I left feeling brand new . He is very professional and he knew exactly where and what to fix. I can guarantee you will leave satisfied with marks work.
