I have had a wonderful experience here with Victoria, she was so welcoming and put me at ease straight away, she wasn’t afraid to have a laugh with us either. The dresses here are absolutely beautiful and there is such a wide selection. Highly recommended
Me and my maids of honour had such a gorgeous time at Serendipity. I was made to feel so at ease immediately by Hannah. Hannah was so passionate & knowledgable. Really took the time to understand what I loved and read my body language so well which really helped me to narrow down my dresses. She was so patient & uplifting. When I said yes there was a big celebration with photos and really made me feel amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and will remember it forever
I cannot put into words how wonderful Serendipity Brides is! From my very first appointment with Claudia, I felt completely at ease. She was so calming, supportive, and patient while helping me find the dress. My mum and I had the most wonderful time together experiencing the process. Serendipity was the fourth bridal boutique I had visited and I was starting to lose any hope of finding the one, but Lauren really put me at ease, pulled a wild card, and found the perfect dress for me! We had a fab time and can’t recommend Serendipity highly enough!
