I had the most wonderful time. From the phone call leading up to the appointment and receiving my lookbook 48 hours before, which really built up all the excitement. I had an appointment at Serendipity Brides yesterday. It was my first ever visit to a bridal shop and as someone who doesn’t really wear dresses much, I was a bit apprehensive and didn’t know what to expect. Jo Jenks: The Most Nervous Bride!! I was so so nervous before my appointment, it was my first time ever trying on a wedding dress, and with zero body confidence I wasn’t ‘buzzing’ as many brides are! This was my second visit to a bridal shop ever and It was the best experience! I found my dress here during my appointment and the staff were so lovely and helpful, everyone was getting involved it was great fun. The prosecco helped! Can’t wait for my dress to arrive for my fitting! The Photo Booth at the end was a really nice ending to a lovely morning.
A lovely experience. My best friend is getting married next year and I have seen and heard so many great things about serendipity brides so we booked it for her to try on her first lot of dresses. Upon arrival everyone is so lovely and warming and really make you feel comfortable in a setting where nerves are all over the place ( even I was nervous) the dresses are displayed as you walk in and they all look so beautiful.
