I had such a wonderful experience at Serendipity! This was a second wedding for me and as a mature bride I was nervous about finding a dress. Melissa quickly put my nerves to rest, she truly listened to what I was looking for and what I felt comfortable in. They have a beautiful selection of gowns to choose from, in a private, relaxing setting. I was able to find a beautiful dress that I absolutely loved! I highly recommend this place! Melissa and Lynn go above and beyond to make it a beautiful memorable experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Serendipity! Lin was so lovely! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me find a style I loved. It was a very private experience. They take just one bride at a time. I would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! Customer service was excellent & the consultants were sooooo personable. They are active listeners & really do want you to find the dress of your dreams. They also are very complimentary & I walked out of the dressing room each time with an exceptional level of confidence just because of their positive personalities. The dresses are also an affordable price while also being designer!! 10/10 recommend!!!
