I was recommended this bridal shop by a friend and after seeing the reviews, I decided I would give it a chance. When I made my fitting appointment request online, I made sure to put in the appointment notes my wedding was going to be in a month due to certain circumstances and I was not informed this would be a problem when the shop reached out to confirm/approve of my request. The owner was pleasant, honestly she helped me, even though I had no idea what I was looking for.
I had such a wonderful experience at Serendipity! This was a second wedding for me and as a mature bride I was nervous about finding a dress. Melissa quickly put my nerves to rest, she truly listened to what I was looking for and what I felt comfortable in. They have a beautiful selection of gowns to choose from, in a private, relaxing setting. I was able to find a beautiful dress that I absolutely loved! I highly recommend this place! Melissa and Lynn go above and beyond to make it a beautiful memorable experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Serendipity! Lin was so lovely! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me find a style I loved. It was a very private experience. They take just one bride at a time. I would highly recommend this place!
As a bride going shopping with just her mom, this was such a special experience! The shop is mother/daughter owned & initimate. What a lovely experience!
