Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! Customer service was excellent & the consultants were sooooo personable. They are active listeners & really do want you to find the dress of your dreams. They also are very complimentary & I walked out of the dressing room each time with an exceptional level of confidence just because of their positive personalities. The dresses are also an affordable price while also being designer!! 10/10 recommend!!!
I can’t recommend this boutique enough! I walked in not knowing what kind of dress I wanted and Melissa just knew what to pull from the rack and before we knew it, we found the dress of my dreams! Professional, clean and organized. Happy bride!!!!
I bought my wedding dress at Serendipity and had the best experience! It was super easy to make an appointment, and they sent plenty of reminders. Communication was great the whole time. We had the entire space to ourselves, which made it so comfortable. The mirrors are huge, and the space is beautiful. Lynn and Melissa truly know this business, they made everything feel easy and stress-free. They even went out of their way for me to make sure my dress would arrive in time. Highly recommend!
