I had the most amazing experience with Sara at Serendipity bridal, I was not feeling the most confident beforehand but felt amazing in the dresses and had fun trying on all sorts of different styles with Sara's help. We made tweaks to the dress to make it perfect for me and I can't thank the team enough for their support on the day.
Sara, was so helpful. Explained the process really clearly and didnt make me feel rushed at all. Helped me in and out of the dresses, and for someone who usually feels very uncomfortable with their body, Sara made me feel relaxed and totally unjudged. Such a pleasant experience, the boutique is beautiful, has a lovely range of dresses, and wonderful staff on hand to help you with one of the most important decisions of your wedding 😆💙
I couldn't find any dresses I liked in all the 'normal' wedding dress shops. They were just not me at all. But when I found serendipity bridal I ended up loving multiple dresses, so had to make a tough decision choosing which one I liked the best. Sara had been amazing and very helpful from start to finish. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. At no point was I pressured or rushed like some places. My daughter found her wedding dress here. It was our first appointment too. Sarah was very friendly yet clear with her information and advice, so a great blend. Remember to wear good socks, as no shoes are permitted in there incase they carry dirt, which could get on the dresses. You need to have a seamstress booked well in advance of the wedding but after the due date for the dress arriving. Sarah helps you with that too- providing recommendations.
