Great trip
Shangra La is divine! The most spectacular views I've ever experienced in all my years vacationing on AMI. Rick went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and guarantee I'd have a relaxing vacation.
Beautiful home and amazing host. The home provided all essentials and was very clean. The elevator made it easy to get suitcases upstairs. Host were very accommodating and understanding. We unfortunately experienced a family emergency which lead us to departing earlier than planned consequently host immediately reached out and was very compassionate. We will be returning for another stay.
Rented a home from Serendipity, and it was perfection!!! Across the entire family (kids and adults alike), it's the best home we've rented hands down. First off, the owners were so amazing to work with, from reservations, recommendations, checking in, etc. And the house was in perfect condition... super clean, really thought through in all that was provided, beds comfortable and great location... I could go on and on; they didn't miss a thing! Anyway, best rental and wish they were all like this one! We hope to return soon!!
This was an Amazing place. Very clean and well kept. The host did an amazing job and left nothing out. The amenities were perfect and kept our family busy and active. Exactly as described but even better in person. The neighborhood was safe, quaint, and so peaceful. Host was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!
