Had an incredible stay at their property Waves this past week!! The house was equip with everything we needed. The best part was we came as family and they had a high chair, baby gates, crib, stroller, etc already there! It made traveling so much easier. They were incredibly attentive with everything we requested or needed. We will most definitely be back and using Serendipity vacation homes again!!!

We had a large group of friends celebrate my wife's 50th. Between 18 people we had a few rental properties. Cloud 9 was ground zero for the celebration though. We all gathered there and had a great time!! Everything was top notch with the property and amenities. Ownership was accommodating and attentive. All of our friends left very impressed with our overall experience. I know Rick & Lyn have multiple amazing properties. I highly recommend using them. You won't be disappointed!
Our family stayed at Serendipity Anna Maria in April 2025 for a week. It was a spectacular time and beautiful home with brand new kitchen and amenities. We've stayed at many homes in the AMI and Holmes Beach Area and this was the best! Right off bean point, we could walk to the beach, kayak, play sand volleyball in the back yard, swim, bicycle, with master suites throughout the home.
