Really nice spot for yoga classes! Also have done several Reiki sessions, and her energy is wonderful. I have some alignment issues from previous injuries and Joanne’s osteopathy practice is AMAZING! She is the only one who has been able to get my shoulders to sit comfortably again, and help my chronic pain.
Joanne is fantastic. She really takes the time to listen and figure out what’s going on with your body, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I noticed a big difference even after the first session—less tension, better movement, and just feeling more balanced overall. Highly recommend her if you're dealing with any aches or discomfort
