Horrible. Almost two weeks to receive my cakes and I had to hound them for a tracking number. There was hair on one cake and no frosting on the sides of another. The cake was dry and so were the cookies. Looked like they came from someone's shack. The pictures are a gross misrepresentation of what you will receive. You will not receive what is pictured. You're better off just pouring the contents of a Splenda package on your tongue. Don't bother calling they will not pick up their phone or return calls.
