My wife and I absolutely love living here because it is quiet, safe, and we can provide a great environment for our puppy Blue. The amenities are always clean and the pool water here is very nice unlike other complexes in the area. We always find parking as we have two cars. Jamie, Joell and Ruth are absolutely awesome! They always respond to my inquiries in a timely manner and they are easy to communicate with. I have lived at Serena Vista for a little over a year now. During my search, I toured many complexes in the area that fit my needs but didn't feel like home. As soon as I parked and walked to the office I knew I wanted to live here. The office staff was very welcome to me and my dog who has special needs, I was shown more than one apartment and was able to choose the one that felt right for me. My wife and I just moved In at the Serena Vista apartments, and we absolutely love this place. We love our one bedroom apartment it's newly remodeled. The complex itself is very well kept, clean and very peaceful. The staff here are very friendly especially Jessye, she has been a tremendous help to us from the first day. I have felt at home here from day one! I love living here. Everyone is so nice. Joelle, Ruth, and everyone on staff are fabulous. The property is beautiful and kept clean and tidy all the time. If I had a complaint about anything, it would be parking. Only one spot issued per apartment and street parking is horrible. But I truly do love to come home to Serena Vista!
From the moment I first walked into the leasing office as a perspective tenant, I have felt quite welcomed by the entire staff. They have always been quite cordial, professional and accommodating ever since. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the amenities are quite nice as well. Serena Vista is by far the best apartment complex that I have resided in, out of 7. It has an extremely convenient location in the heart of Fountain Valley.
