Amazing experience and Hannah is amazing. She is so professional and makes you feel at home. The staff is great and my nails look amazing. They make you feel beautiful!
I went to get a pedicure here for the first time yesterday. I got the sugar scrub pedi for $45, and Hannah did an amazing job! I feel like she took her time and didn’t rush through the process. It was about an hour long. She reheated the water for me several times and did a fantastic sugar scrub on my feet and legs. I will be back!!
i like staffs here, they are so nice.
I wasn’t able to get into my usual nail salon so I thought I’d give Serena’s a try as I was recommended. I walked in for a dip and they tried to persuade me into another service. I said no because I have an allergy that prevents that type of service. They relented and did the dip. After an hour and a half they get to the last step and say they don’t have the correct polish to finish and insist I have to do the remaining steps to the service I refused.
