i like staffs here, they are so nice.
I wasn’t able to get into my usual nail salon so I thought I’d give Serena’s a try as I was recommended. I walked in for a dip and they tried to persuade me into another service. I said no because I have an allergy that prevents that type of service. They relented and did the dip. After an hour and a half they get to the last step and say they don’t have the correct polish to finish and insist I have to do the remaining steps to the service I refused.
