Really disappointing experience with Serena Motors. It felt like they weren't upfront about the condition of the vehicle and only cared about making the sale. The vehicle had no engine lights when I bought it. However, after the sale, warning lights started appearing. Every time I brought it back, they would simply clear the codes instead of properly diagnosing or fixing the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. After looking for a new car, I stumbled upon Serena motors and found a 2013 fiat I fell in love with. Not only are the prices jacked up but the car they sell you is a testament to their quality. Within a month our door handle fell off and had to be fixed. Then the rear left side behind the passenger had a major leak whenever it rained. After that, the struts, sway bar and bushings needed replacement as the entire underside was rusted.
