If I could give 0 stars I would. After looking for a new car, I stumbled upon Serena motors and found a 2013 fiat I fell in love with. Not only are the prices jacked up but the car they sell you is a testament to their quality. Within a month our door handle fell off and had to be fixed. Then the rear left side behind the passenger had a major leak whenever it rained. After that, the struts, sway bar and bushings needed replacement as the entire underside was rusted. Bought a used car for my wife. I was concerned that the car had rusty looking brakes. As part of the safety certification of the vehicle they changed the calipers, rotors and pads. This was beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated. After the purchase there was an issue with the car that was not related to the safety of the vehicle so not the responsibility of Serena Motors but they promptly took care of the issue for me. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
