If I could give a 0 * star review * I would. This practice has gone down hill over the years. The front desk nurse is rude and speaks to you with disrespect. The process this practice goes through pertaining to refills is absurd especially regarding control substances. Not happy after currently a patient of 10 years or more with this practice I am looking elsewhere. I expressed to them my concerns and they pretty much said good luck. Obviously they don’t care how many patients they lose to their incompetence.
This place used to be great. I don’t know if it is under new management but I am not wasting any more of my time with these people
DO NOT VISIT THE DR HERIBA I would not recommend this doctor. In my experience, she seemed more focused on money than on her patient’s health. I went to her for stomach issues along with hives. Instead of ordering tests to find the root cause, she kept prescribing medication. I had to repeatedly ask for an H. pylori test, and even then, I was told I needed to come back for another visit just to see the results. Dr Mazer is a good doctor and very well explains things to you if you want to know something and he seems to be a caring doctor when it comes to your health and he was. a life saver to me when I broke my hand in seeing me and getting a x-ray done and getting me a surgeon lined up for me right away. in order to get my hand fixed as soon as possible for I was in a lot of pain and bless his heart he worked me in between his other patients and I admire him so much for doing that for me the same day I will recconmend him to anyon... read more

I said Trump needs to install ICE in every hospital when we had an Emergency visit yesterday My wife had a choking incident in Sebring FL. Went to Sebring Advent Health. EVERY PERSON there was Spanish, did not speak a lick of English, NOT EVEN THE RECEPTIONIST, who he and the guards were ALL SPANISH! I had to help a bunch of them open the door because they could not read the sign that said "push to open". They are totally rude blasting their Spanish "music" on their phones and not ONE nurse would tell them to shut it down. ... read more
I had a disastrous session with CT here that left me in so much pain. I kept telling him I was afraid the exercises would blow out my knee. He reassured me it wouldn't. He was wrong. The director had me come back to help get my inflammation down, no more exercises, but then the new therapist proceeded to give me 10 exercises and after going through it, caused me even more pain. No one is getting back to me now. They're just avoiding me. I suggest you avoid this place altogether. I certainly wish I had.
The front desk staff was unhelpful. Insisted I must see a provider who was no longer active with my insurance and wouldn’t listen when told otherwise. They stated they didn’t get my referral when I have a fax transaction report showing they did. I was told my doctor must send the referral directly when that’s not how my insurance has worked in the 18 years I have had them. I also did not have this issue when I was seen 1 year ago. After recent admission to St.Charles,I have never been where everyone on staff was so compassionate and caring. From the moment that Dr. Dhillon had me sent to ER,and then admission,everyone was top notch. I am a nusre with forty years of experience,and I am beyond wowed.
