I had an excellent experience with Serena. The checkin was very easy, with only a short wait. My NP was kind, attentive, experienced, knowledgeable and patient with me. I am so happy to have her on my health team.

Don’t go here. I was met with cruelty from day one. She was rude and dismissive to both me and my mother. Extremely disrespectful judgmental and unsettling. please please do not send any of your teens or children here.
