From the first person I spoke to over the phone on through to managment, I couldn't have had a better experience. I had a real issue about a purchase I made 5 years earlier. Everything I said was addressed with respect and real understanding. My issue was resolved within a few days which was amazing. Cudos to you for your wonderful customer service, it made all the difference in the world.

Another purchase coming our way from Serena and Lily! You cannot beat the coastal style and quality! You need to visit a local S&L design shop... Especially in Summit, NJ. Our favorite store!!! Ask for Jennifer :o)

I recently decorated three rooms with Serena & Lily. Liz R. at the Serena & Lily location in Summit, NJ goes above and beyond for her clients. While I selected Pottery Barn for the sleeper sofa (shhh…), I selected Serena & Lily for almost everything else! S & L purchases include two different sky blue walls of wallpaper (feather and priano), two Harbor Cane beds, one rug, two end tables, night stands, dresser, bedding, many pillows, one bench, one light fixture and more!
