his review is about online/phone ordering and delivery to Florida Horrible delivery, installation, ordering and billing. DON'T USE. Unapproachable, unresponsive. Designs are great and design services are great. They (finally) sent us items that had to be returned. They were rusty, wrong size, etc. Impossible to deal with.
Such great service here. Everyone is so friendly, and we especially appreciate the help from the male staff with blue glasses and his female colleague who was wearing jeans and black sandals! They proactively offered lots of help!
Our Beach house is well stocked with Serena & Lilly furniture, bed linens and pillows. So uplifting and fun
The staff was so helpful and professional! I will definitely come back.
