Very grateful for the wonderful customer service at Serena and Lily Palo Alto. One of the dining chairs in the set I recently purchased broke, and Kat was able to replace it for us free of charge. Carol Nieto from the Palo Alto design shop was incredible to work with — I have never, in over 10 years of working with interior designers, had a better working relationship with a designer! Carol was efficient, extremely responsive, always available to answer my questions and best of all, she has strong eye for design.
