Terrible customer service
Very grateful for the wonderful customer service at Serena and Lily Palo Alto. One of the dining chairs in the set I recently purchased broke, and Kat was able to replace it for us free of charge. She also arranged to have the broken chair hauled away. Thanks again, Kat, and Serena and Lily Palo Alto! Amazing customer service!
