I worked with Maria on a wallpaper job. We connected by text message initially and eventually by phone. She was efficient professional and friendly. She even offered to send me a FedEx to return a roll after we agreed it would be smart to buy one extra roll just in case. A+++ service! Love Maria.
Fabulous visit and gorgeous place. Full of beautiful light furniture perfect for a beach getaway house or someone who’s looking for a modern but elegant interior design. Customer service was excellent !!
Delivery issues. I ordered a carpet and pad. The carpet came without the pad which is ridiculous. When I called, they said they would expedite shipping of the pads. And that meant 5 days. Unacceptable service from a high end company.
Serena and Lily has provided outstanding service. Maria researched the issue we had and was able to give us credit towards a new purchase. Truly, it’s rare these days to encounter such professional caring employees who goes over and beyond.
