Delivery issues. I ordered a carpet and pad. The carpet came without the pad which is ridiculous. When I called, they said they would expedite shipping of the pads. And that meant 5 days. Unacceptable service from a high end company.
Serena and Lily has provided outstanding service. Maria researched the issue we had and was able to give us credit towards a new purchase. Truly, it’s rare these days to encounter such professional caring employees who goes over and beyond.

Maria was fantastic from the start of the process of choosing my daughter’s furniture and then furniture for my room. While in MD I stopped by the store with my friend who is a designer and knew I needed some furniture. I loved the store and options but many do not work in my Montana home.
