Maria was fantastic from the start of the process of choosing my daughter’s furniture and then furniture for my room. While in MD I stopped by the store with my friend who is a designer and knew I needed some furniture. I loved the store and options but many do not work in my Montana home. I had a corner in my family room I wanted to redo and connected with Jenna at the Bethesda store. She listened to my concerns and patiently worked with me to come up with several ideas. She was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to my emails. I highly recommend her and hope to work with her again.
We visited the Bethesda store to get more information about a couch we saw online and were considering purchasing. The staff were very friendly. Clara, in particular, was extremely helpful and efficient in providing options and pricings for the couch.
The customer service from the Serena & Lily Bethesda showroom is amazing. Clara assisted with an exchange on a recent purchase and I was extremely pleased with how easy she made the process. And the entire team always works hard to ensure the design component, selection and purchasing experience is seamless.
