The experience my family and I had with Serena was great! She is very professional and is very passionate when it comes to making sure children receive the best opportunities possible. There was no signs pointing direction to her office. Outside needs redone. Security let me walk all way through before asking me at end where I was going. I was on time for my appointment the lawyer wasn't. Nobody was at front desk had to ring door bell to have someone come up to talk. After having conversations with her I felt pushed out office because I was giving a side to story she didn't care to hear.
