They spent a long time back and forth with us via emails to make sure the bidet would fit. They included extra hardware to make it fit as we did not realise when doing renovations that the power should be on the right and the water outlet on the left. The European bidet we ordered died sometime after 12 months. They replaced it with another model, different in ways, better meets regulations and glad we got it replaced without having to fight tooth and nail for it.
