I recently purchased four Michelin truck tires from this company. There were several initial problems such as putting them on backwards, putting in the wrong pressure, not keeping the old tire even though I requested it be done (I got it out of their tire dump myself) These were all annoyances, but nothing more. However one of the tires developed a broken side wall only a month later. When I went back I was told that they did not warrant tires (this is a tire store) by a smart alecky counter person. FAIR WARNING!! Simple job to install valve stem on dually camper. Mounted tire and just 500 miles later had loud cracking in rear. Pulled over and my tires were about to fall off! Had this happened at 65mph who knows what would have happened, but was coming off exit ramp. Road tech came out pulled wheel to find all 8 studs had snapped and stated improper torque or under-torque of wheels as noted by damage to stud holes in rim (need a new rim). Sorry to have to write a bad review of this business. I wanted a particular tire within a short time frame, and Seredni was the only one that told me they could get it. Spent $1,000 on these tires. As soon as I left the store I noticed my entire truck shaking at 48+ mph. Took it back another day, they re-balanced the tires, lowered the tire pressure to far less then the manufacturer spec, and told me they "fixed" it, but said there was something wrong with my truck! Used this business for years with good success. After a brake job and additional rotor replacement I had dash warning lights on that weren't on when I left it. They looked and found behind the wheel well liner a sensor wire that "looked like it was cut, like sabotage" They spliced it and said road conditions would not be a problem. A few weeks later, lights came back and then went out. Took it back, they said it looked it got wet so they taped it better. Within a week lights back. Went to the location in Lakeside and worked with Roger and Jeff. Both very knowledgeable. I was quoted less here than I was at other area auto shops. The general time frame they gave me was accurate and I had my car back by the end of the work day. A friend recommended them to me since he visits one of the other store locations (Ironbridge).. he has never had one complaint with his local Seredni shop. I will be back. Thanks Seredni's!

Great place, the owner, Loretta, took care of us and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone in need of brake, AC, inspections, etc. Just overall a good experience.

I have always been very nervous about taking my car to anywhere accept my dealership for work however that all changed once I had my car serviced at Seredni Tire! Chris was helpful and got my car in the shop quickly. Joe, the mechanic was knowledgeable and did a great job! My family has taken our cars to each Seredni Tire location and we have never received anything but top notch service! We will never take our cars anywhere else!
